Position Summary Westmore is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of its condominium developments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating the sales process, ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. This position requires a proactive individual with strong administrative capabilities and a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of condominium sales transactions
  • Liaise with clients, sales agents, legal teams, and external brokers to ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Prepare, review, and process Agreements of Purchase and Sale and related documents
  • Maintain and update client records using CRM systems and internal databases
  • Schedule appointments, property tours, and follow-ups with prospective buyers
  • Monitor sales progress and generate regular performance reports for management
  • Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications / Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role within the real estate or condominium sector
  • Must have interior design and sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Valid class G driver’s license

Preferred Assets

  • Experience in pre-construction condominium sales
  • Knowledge of real estate law and contract administration
  • Bilingual proficiency is considered an asset
