Now, we’re looking for a Manager, IT Applications to join our IT team and lead the charge on making our systems smarter, faster, and more integrated than ever.

The Opportunity

This isn’t just an “applications admin” role—it’s a strategic seat at the table. You’ll be the go-to bridge between IT and every corner of the business, helping our teams use data, analytics, and technology to work better, smarter, and more collaboratively.

You’ll be part strategist, part problem-solver, part digital transformation champion—and 100% essential to shaping the way Davidson operates today and in the future.

What You’ll Do

Own Our Application Ecosystem

• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of business-critical systems (ERP, CRM, financial software, HR software, audit and tax tools—you name it).
• Keep our tech stack secure, compliant, and running like a dream.
• Develop and execute a forward-looking applications roadmap that aligns with Davidson’s growth strategy.
• Manage change with precision—upgrades, patches, and rollouts that minimize disruption.

Be the Business-IT Translator

• Partner with Finance, Audit, Marketing, HR and IT teams to ensure tech solutions actually match business needs.
• Drive process improvements, automate the mundane, and find opportunities to make data work harder for us.
• Lead special projects that cut across departments to improve workflows and collaboration.
• Train and support staff so they feel confident using the tools you’ve helped design.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or business systems.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, configuration, and administration.
• Proven track record of improving processes and driving adoption of new technologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security best practices, and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO, etc.).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• The ability to think strategically, act tactically, and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Let’s Talk Numbers

We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to compensation. For this role, the annual salary range is $120,000 - $145,000, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
