Ideal Honda is looking for a service advisor to join our team! No automotive experience required however, retail/sales experience is an asset.
Are you looking for a great opportunity to begin a career in the automotive industry? We are looking to add a full time Service Advisor in our Service Drive-Thru.
Our ideal candidate is a retail customer service focused individual looking for a place to expand their knowledge and develop their skills. Someone who enjoys working with a close-knit team in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers
-
- Performing Walk around inspection on vehicles in that come through the Drive Thru
-
- Providing maintenance & repair recommendations
-
- Explaining the nature of repairs
-
- Updating customers via Email & Phone
-
- Following up with other departments regarding customer repairs
-
- Processing Internal work orders
-
- Invoicing customer, warranty, & internal repair orders
-
- Maintaining Tire Storage
-
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Excels in communication with customers & fellow team members
-
- Exceptional customer service skills
-
- Sales experience is an asset
-
- Attention to detail and team oriented
-
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

- Possesses the ability to self-start
-
- Saturday work required
-
- Must possess a valid G class license
