Responsibilities
- Create a safe, happy, and fun learning environment for our children
- Take pride in being part of our Summit family. Be a brand ambassador and be accountable. You are the face of our company to the families and to the community at large.
- Engage & build positive & respectful relationships with our staff, families and the community by creating trust and always acting with integrity.
- Ensure that the center facilities are always safe for our children and help the Campus Lead to strictly comply with licensing standards at all times
- Act with compassion while upholding Summit Kids policies and standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid Alberta ECE Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3 Certificate.
- Comfortable commuting to the work location for a split shift, as required by business needs.
- Clear & Valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector, taken in the last 6 months.
- Valid Standard First Aid with CPR Level B or C Certification.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with our multicultural family at Summit.
