Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the purchase and allocation of digital assets.
- Support vendor management and invoice processing.
- Track and document procurement activities for compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with finance on payment schedules and reconciliations.
- Maintain records of crypto transactions and assist in reporting.
- Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and internal procurement policies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in purchasing, finance, or related support role.
- Familiarity with crypto assets and exchanges preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a hybrid finance/crypto environment.
