Position: QA Engineer – AI Applications Location: Toronto, Canada (3 days onsite)

Must have Financial client experience 10+ years of experience

Role Summary: We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in software testing and AI application validation. The candidate will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web, mobile, and AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities: Design and execute manual and automated test cases. Perform functional, regression, API, and integration testing. Validate AI/LLM outputs for accuracy, consistency, and safety. Identify defects, track issues, and work with development teams for resolution. Develop and maintain test automation scripts. Support CI/CD and release testing activities.

Required Skills: Experience in Manual and Automation Testing. Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. API testing using Postman. Understanding of AI/LLM testing concepts. Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies. Basic scripting knowledge (Python preferred).

Preferred: Experience testing chatbots, AI agents, or Generative AI applications.
