What You’ll Do

• Setting the vision for the use of new and innovative data tools and technology.
• Learning, maintaining, and fostering an industry awareness of new developments in Machine Learning tools and techniques, and ensuring quick execution in their use within the department.
• Developing advanced Machine Learning models to support analytics features in SOTI Cloud Infrastructure.
• Working with senior leadership to develop advanced analytical solutions to support business stakeholders within different departments at SOTI.
• Build and optimize resource allocation models (compute, memory, storage) for cost efficiency and performance.
• Leverage NLP methods to analyze system logs, alerts, and unstructured data for root cause analysis and operational insights.
• Develop and deploy predictive models for outage prevention, workload forecasting, and SLA compliance.
• Design and implement anomaly detection systems for server usage, network traffic, and application performance.
• Writing production-grade Machine Learning code with a bias towards fast implementation
• Evaluating ML models on organization or customer data to determine effectiveness and performance.
• Applying cutting-edge techniques, as required, to promote ML models into production.
• Debugging and maintaining the effectiveness of the model production pipeline.
• Working closely with a team of developers and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and peers.

Experience You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence roles.
• Proven experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced ML models, including generative AI models like GPT, BERT, or Prophet.
• Demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure.
• Strong capability in creating advanced analytical solutions to support both product features and organizational needs.
• Experience with modern ML tools and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with end-to-end ML pipelines, including training, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance of AI models in production environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and developers.
• Experience or familiarity with Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure, is a plus

Bonus

• Development skills in C#, with the ability to write production-grade code and collaborate effectively with developers.
