Position Schedule: Full-Time
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for planning impactful client acquisition events and driving business growth?
Edward Jones is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement across Canada. This role collaborates closely with Canadian and U.S. stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies and deliver measurable results.
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support financial advisors in attracting and retaining ideal clients.

Lead regional client acquisition events, sponsorships, and local brand campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Build segment marketing programs using insights and data to engage target audiences.

Create strategic briefs for internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
-
Leverage personalization and targeting strategies across multiple audiences.
-
Analyze and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.

Educate financial advisors on marketing programs and enablement resources.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and organize initiatives across teams.

Serve as a key point of contact for field teams, managing a high volume of ad hoc marketing requests with professionalism and efficiency
Skills & Knowledge

Experience working with financial advisors

Experience working with sponsorships and event management

Apply strong project management skills to prioritize and organize incoming requests, maintaining clarity and momentum across multiple initiatives

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital technologies.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in financial marketing.

Ability to effectively communicate with the field and manage ad hoc marketing requests

Strong presentation skills across all levels, including senior leadership. Analytical skills for measuring ROI and managing budgets.
Problem Solving & Decision Making

Deliver cost-efficient digital and non-digital marketing solutions at scale across our salesforce.

Collaborate on go-to-market strategies across media channels.

Manage competing priorities and escalate issues with recommended solutions. Make daily decisions on social media content and engagement with autonomy and accountability.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or Communications.

5+ years in marketing strategy, planning, and digital marketing - preferably in financial services.

Proven experience in:

Creating content strategies that support brand and community engagement. Managing medium to high-impact projects with test-and-learn frameworks.
Current home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
