Your area of focus.

The Service Greeter/Assistance will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, setting appointments, and facilitating communication between customers and various departments within the dealership. This position requires someone who is tech savvy, has strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to contribute to the growth of the business.

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers entering the service drive, ensuring a premium first impression of the dealership.
  • Efficiently collect vehicle keys and document basic customer information to initiate the service workflow.
  • Proactively direct guests to their designated Service Advisor and escort them to the lounge or waiting area as needed.
  • Strictly adhere to cleanliness standards by installing protective seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel wraps in all incoming vehicles.
  • Safely operate and transport customer vehicles from the service drive to the technician bays or designated staging areas to maintain a fluid shop floor.
  • Monitor the service lane to prevent congestion, ensuring cars are moved promptly to keep the entrance clear for incoming traffic.
  • Provide general assistance to Service Advisors and the Shop Foreman, including retrieving vehicles for customer delivery and maintaining the cleanliness of the drive-thru area

What are the must-haves…

  • Able to lift 70 lbs
  • Ability to drive manual transmission as well as automative transmission
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Good organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and enjoy greeting and connecting with people
  • Assist with cleanliness of workshop and drive thru
  • Various duties as assigned
