About the Role
We're looking for a Director, Customer Marketing & Advocacy to build and lead the customer marketing function. You'll develop programs that turn customers into advocates, amplify their success stories, support enterprise sales, and drive customer retention and expansion, working with Product Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the customer marketing and advocacy strategy across the customer lifecycle. Build and manage a customer advocacy and reference program that supports enterprise sales. Create customer case studies, success stories, videos, testimonials, and customer-led content featuring enterprise accounts. Own the company's review strategy across G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Capterra, and TrustRadius, driving review volume, quality, and competitive positioning. Partner with Customer Success to identify advocates and execute customer engagement programs. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to support expansion pipeline and customer-led campaigns. Measure and report on customer advocacy, customer engagement, review performance, content production, and pipeline influence.
Qualifications
B2B SaaS marketing experience, including customer marketing, advocacy. Experience building customer advocacy and reference programs in a SaaS environment. Proven experience developing enterprise customer case studies and success stories. Experience managing G2 and other software review platforms. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. Experience marketing CRM or enterprise SaaS solutions is highly preferred. People leadership is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
