Job Description

Accountabilities

• Supports the Marketing Planners with all activities related to digital campaigns, publishing, digital user experiences, and digital sales.
• Assists the Campaign Enablement team with investigating any pre-production or post-production errors or issues.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with relevant CASL, anti-spam, and privacy regulations.
• Works with channel partners to find opportunities for collaboration and optimization, including retargeting, deep-linking, and optimization of campaigns for an omni-channel experience.
• Partners with Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing Science to provide full-funnel channel measurement, including integrations of lower-funnel data sources like Adobe Analytics and Authenticated channel metrics.
• Makes recommendations based on key learnings for channel optimizations, including email triggers, resolving customer pain points, and the integration of new vendors and omni-channel opportunities.
• Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Champions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to client bank’s values: accountability, passion, integrity, and respect. • Creates an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with client bank’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.
• Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment. Uses a coaching mindset and behaviors; communicating vision/values/business strategy; and managing succession and development planning for the team.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with business partners to facilitate a collaborative working environment where learnings from one team can be easily applied to another.

Must- have requirements

1-2 years of experience with cross-functional project management and PM tools such as Adobe WorkFront. 1+ years of experience with digital marketing platforms such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager. Adobe Journey Optimizer preferred 1+ years of experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team Previous experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Adobe CDP Strong experience with Excel, reporting, and insights

Financial services experience is an asset AI automation experience, such as the creation of playbooks and best practices.
