We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow Midday, our subscription-based WebOps company.
Your main focus will be outbound prospecting, finding, reaching out to, and building relationships with marketing leaders who need ongoing website design, development, and maintenance support.
You will:
- Research and build lists of qualified leads (VPs and Directors of Marketing, CMOs, Founders).
- Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach daily.
- Follow up with prospects through multi-step sequences.
- Book qualified calls for our leadership team.
- Track outreach performance and suggest improvements to messaging.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on daily outreach activity , is motivated by hitting KPIs, and wants to be part of a growing company with a proven service.
Responsibilities
- Own daily outbound outreach: 100 – 200 high touches per day (email + LinkedIn).
- Hit monthly targets: minimum of 20 qualified meetings booked .
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Work closely with leadership to refine ICP targeting and outreach strategy.
- Provide feedback on campaigns to continuously improve response rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
- Experience with B2B services or digital agencies a plus.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or Smartlead.
- Strong written communication skills (clear, professional, and concise).
- Driven, consistent, and comfortable with a high-volume outreach role.

Comp Details
- Avg. Offer Price: $5,400.00 to $11,000.00 per month
- Avg. Commission: 7.5% to 15.0% recurring
- Avg. Length Sales Cycle: 45 to 60 Days
- Expected OTE (On target earnings): $10,000 CAD to $30,000/ Month
- Base Salary: $2,000 - $4,000 CAD / month
