Spécialiste en approvisionnement et contrats (bilingue) – JLL Ce que ce poste implique : En tant que Spécialiste bilingue en approvisionnement et contrats chez JLL, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et des cycles de vie des contrats à travers nos opérations américaines et canadiennes. À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien : Gérer les processus d'intégration des fournisseurs de bout en bout, incluant la diligence raisonnable, la documentation et la configuration des systèmes dans Corrigo et autres plateformes clients Superviser le cycle de vie complet des contrats, de la rédaction et négociation jusqu'à l'exécution, l'administration, les modifications et les renouvellements des ententes avec les fournisseurs Assurer la conformité aux exigences corporatives de JLL, spécifiques aux clients et réglementaires, incluant les règlements d'approvisionnement spécifiques au Québec Servir de point de contact principal pour les certificats d'assurance (COI), ISNetworld, Avetta et autres plateformes de gestion des risques; traiter les exceptions COI et surveiller la conformité des renouvellements Communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français avec les fournisseurs, les équipes opérationnelles, les clients et les parties prenantes à travers les régions américaines et canadiennes Coordonner plusieurs initiatives d'approvisionnement et négociations contractuelles simultanées tout en gérant la priorisation à travers divers comptes Collaborer avec les services juridiques et de gestion des risques corporatifs pour assurer que les termes contractuels respectent les normes et faciliter l'approbation des modifications non standard Qualifications requises : Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, approvisionnement ou domaine connexe, OU expérience équivalente avec 5+ années en gestion de l'approvisionnement et des contrats soutenant l'immobilier, les services d'installations ou l'approvisionnement corporatif Expérience démontrée en intégration de fournisseurs, négociation et administration de contrats avec une solide compréhension des termes commerciaux, de la répartition des risques et des accords de niveau de service Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (canadien) – à l'écrit et à l'oral – requise pour une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes à travers les opérations américaines et canadiennes Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication avec capacité démontrée à influencer les parties prenantes et à bâtir des relations de collaboration Flexibilité et adaptabilité pour travailler avec des exigences clients variées, des structures de comptes diverses et des cycles de projets multiples Qualifications préférées : Connaissance des processus RFx (DDI/ADP/DAP) incluant la stratégie d'approvisionnement, l'évaluation des fournisseurs et les procédures d'attribution de contrats Maîtrise avancée de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); expérience avec des plateformes technologiques d'approvisionnement telles que les outils d'e-sourcing, les systèmes de gestion de contrats et les portails fournisseurs Solides compétences en gestion de projet avec capacité à gérer plusieurs initiatives simultanées à travers différents comptes et zones géographiques Connaissance des règlements d'approvisionnement du Québec et du droit des affaires canadien Expérience dans le soutien aux transitions de comptes ou aux nouvelles mises en œuvre client Familiarité avec ISNetworld, Avetta ou des plateformes similaires de conformité des fournisseurs *Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.) ---- Sourcing & Contracts Specialist (Bilingual) – JLL What this job involves: As a Bilingual Sourcing & Contracts Specialist at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in managing supplier relationships and contract lifecycles across our US and Canadian operations. This position is central to ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, compliance, and risk management for multiple client portfolios. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment, supporting both established accounts and new client implementations while serving as a key liaison between suppliers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders. Your bilingual capabilities in English and French will be essential in navigating diverse regulatory environments and building strong partnerships across borders. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives on variety, values compliance excellence, and wants to make a meaningful impact on JLL's sourcing operations. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding processes including due diligence, documentation, and system setup in Corrigo and other client platforms Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation through execution, administration, amendments, and renewals for supplier agreements Ensure compliance with JLL Corporate, client-specific, and regulatory requirements including Québec-specific procurement regulations Serve as primary point of contact for Certificate of Insurance (COI), ISNetworld, Avetta, and other risk management platform inquiries; process COI exceptions and monitor renewal compliance Communicate effectively in both English and French with suppliers, operations teams, clients, and stakeholders across US and Canadian regions Coordinate multiple concurrent sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations while managing prioritization across various accounts Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms meet standards and facilitate approval of non-standard changes Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field, OR equivalent experience with 5+ years in sourcing and contract management supporting real estate, facilities services, or corporate procurement Proven experience with supplier onboarding, contract negotiation, and administration with strong understanding of commercial terms, risk allocation, and service level agreements Fluency in English and French (Canadian) – both written and spoken – required for effective communication with stakeholders across US and Canadian operations Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships Flexibility and adaptability to work across varying client requirements, account structures, and project lifecycles Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) including sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, and contract award procedures Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with procurement technology platforms such as e-sourcing tools, contract management systems, and supplier portals Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across different accounts and geographies Knowledge of Québec procurement regulations and Canadian business law Experience supporting account transitions or new client implementations Familiarity with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar supplier compliance platforms *Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.) Estimated compensation for this position: 80,000.00 – 85,000.00 CAD per year This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
