Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a Logistic Account Specialist - Hybrid for our office located in Brampton .

Detailed Job Description:

• Coordinate and confirm scheduled appointments with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate Customs documentation. (ACE & ACI Manifests)
• Troubleshoot unexpected events/conditions concerning trips.
• Handle inquiries from vendors, suppliers and internal Management.
• Price negotiation for 3PL services and coordinate trip & customs documentation.
• Collaborate with the Logistic Support and Account Management team to ensure trip completion and client satisfaction.
• Accept and enter shipment tenders, verify on-time pickup and delivery.
• Maintain data and update information in the company's operating systems.
• Any other task requested related to scanning, documentation support, fax, and photocopies as a general support to the well-being of the operation.
• Use equipment tracking data to process real-time information for clients.
• Ensuring we are meeting client KPI’S requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Collegial degree in administration, logistic, or other fields with at least 2-5 years of experience in logistic movements coordination.
• Excellent verbal, reading comprehension and writing skills in English.
• Good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and comfortable learning new IT systems.
• Self-motivated and business minded team player.
• Capacity to take-on multiple mandates and prioritize.
• Resilient and dedicated.
• Accessible to clients and suppliers outside of standard office hours.
• Able to work under pressure in a just in time manner. (24/7 type work environment)
• Entrepreneurial and driven professional with a winning mentality.
