We have more real-world material than any team could ever publish: real client projects, real workflows, real mistakes, and fixes. What we don't have is someone who wakes up thinking about how to turn that into videos people actually watch.

What you'll do
Own our YouTube channel end to end: topic research, structure, scripting, recording, publishing Be on camera. You're the face and the teacher, working from our expertise and subject-matter support Build a publishing cadence and stick to it. Think in packaging and retention: titles, thumbnails, hooks, what makes a viewer stay Grow from video into the rest of our content engine (social, written guides), and over time into leading all of ZenPilot's marketing
What we're looking for
You're genuinely good on camera. Clear, warm, natural. You've made videos before and can show us. A channel of your own is ideal, even a small one. We care about delivery and consistency, not subscriber counts You understand, or are hungry to learn, how YouTube actually works: search intent, retention, packaging Native-level spoken English clarity.
You ship consistently. Weekly output beats occasional masterpieces
Systems thinker. You'll live in ClickUp; deep ClickUp knowledge is a plus, but it's teachable.
Logistics
Full-time, fully remote Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Tools: ClickUp, HubSpot, Loom, your video setup, Google Workspace, AI tools
