Key Responsibilities
- :Manage and control project costs across all phases of construction to ensure strict alignment with approved budget targets
- .Coordinate and oversee trade contractors, ensuring full compliance with scope of work, project schedules, and established quality standards
- .Direct pre-construction activities, including schedule development, construction sequencing, and value engineering, to optimize project delivery and efficiency
- .Assist in bid clarifications and contract negotiations with trade contractors, ensuring clarity on scope, costs, and timelines
- .Collaborate with the Superintendent to prepare, update, and execute detailed project plans and construction schedules
- .Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures in accordance with legislation and company policies to ensure worker safety and public protection
- .Lead and manage workforce, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to achieve targeted profitability and operational efficiency
- .Monitor and track project milestones by forecasting upcoming activities, identifying weekly deliverables, and ensuring timely execution by own forces and subcontractors
- .Take corrective action as required to maintain project schedules and achieve critical milestone dates
- .Proactively identify, address, and resolve project issues and risks before they impact progress or delivery
- .Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, fostering trust, respect, and long-term collaboration
- .Provide hands-on expertise in tower wiring for wind turbines, ensuring safe and efficient installation practices
- .Apply practical knowledge of wind farm substations, including construction, commissioning, and integration with turbine systems
- .Perform and oversee surveying activities, including collector cable system and grounding system surveying for wind turbines, as well as preparation of related AutoCAD drawings
- .Interpret and execute wind farm collector system drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality in construction and installation

- : Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in project scheduling within a construction compan
- y.Demonstrated ability to supervise, coordinate, and schedule construction activities effectively to ensure projects are consistently completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfactio
- n.Hands-on experience in tower wiring for wind turbine
- s.Practical knowledge of wind farm substations, including construction and commissioning activitie
- s.Surveying skills and experience, preferably linked to electrical works, including collector cable system and grounding system surveying for wind turbines, as well as preparing related AutoCAD drawing
