Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous serez responsable de faire croître les résultats d’affaires du portefeuille de produits de luxe de Breakthru Beverage sur votre territoire, de cultiver des relations avec la clientèle et d’atteindre les objectifs de vente. La candidate ou le candidat idéal aura une réelle passion pour les produits de luxe, une bonne connaissance des marques, d’excellentes compétences en communication, une bonne capacité à comprendre les besoins de la clientèle et la volonté ferme d’offrir un service exceptionnel.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution.
  • Achieve sales targets by strategically identifying new business opportunities aligned with our brand’s strategy and executing effective sales drivers.
  • Promote and educate consumers and customers about our luxury alcoholic beverage offerings through engaging training
  • Enhance brand visibility and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Effectively plan on a daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly basis, with quota and distribution objectives
  • Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building credible and long term relationships with accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant marketing and promotional budgets
  • Execute sales calls using the company’s Structured Call methodology.
  • Report on competitive activities within the territory and offer constructive suggestions
  • Service and improve the marketability of our products through menu placement, training, consumer promotions, staff engagement and visibility tools
  • Tracking and achieving assigned set of monthly KPIs
  • Coordinate and execute consumer samplings and educational sessions with key retail stores
  • Execute educational brand sessions for key account staff along with tastings
  • Support in the planning and execution of promotional activities at select sponsorship events
  • Complete in-person and online brand and activation training within set timelines
  • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails, along with a passion for luxury products.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competition
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Spirits certification with a deep understanding of and working with premium spirit
  • L2 Wines certification or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
