Senior Learning Consultant/Partner
Location: Hybrid - 243 Consumers Road (4 days in office) or Remote

We are seeking a visionary Senior Learning Consultant/Partner where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive employee performance and support our strategic business objectives. You will leverage your deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and technology-enabled learning to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs, design innovative solutions, and measure the impact of our learning programs.

Responsibilities include:

Needs Analysis & Consulting: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across various departments and roles. Consult with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective learning strategies.

Instructional Design & Development: Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, blended learning programs, and performance support tools. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create impactful learning experiences

Technology Integration: Deep experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Cornerstone), e-learning tools, and modern learning methods (e.g., microlearning, virtual workshops) as well as demonstrated experience in end-to-end creation of learning and development materials.

Attention to Detail: Applies a meticulous and thoughtful approach to project management, carefully accounting for organizational complexity across all phases—from program design through communication and deployment

Project Management: Manage learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Evaluation & Measurement: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs. Analyze data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer and/or Learning Project Manager
- Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, business, human resources, adult education, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/French) proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and drive alignment on learning initiatives.
- Proven expertise in writing and developing engaging content for digital learning environments. Experience in user experience (UX) design principles and their application to learning solutions is a significant asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and teams
- Highly adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
