Job Description

We develop, operate, and manage more than 650 properties and 325 million square feet of real estate across the globe. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including designing and implementing complex workflows, custom applications, integrations, and supporting platform enhancements. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and workflows
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
  • Optimize performance and ensure the stability and scalability of the platform
  • Support release and change management processes within ServiceNow
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow incidents and enhancements
  • Stay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices and proactively recommend improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

SERVICE / PERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Catalog, and Workflow
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow’s proprietary scripting environments
  • Proficient in Integration Hub, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist – preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of ITSM, CSDM, CMDB best practices, and Discovery
  • Exposure to Now Experience UI Framework or Service Portal development
  • Experience supporting multi-sector or multi-instance environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION/DESIGNATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience including IT certifications
  • ITIL v3 Foundations or higher
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
