The Manager, Digital User Experience will lead the design and optimization of user experiences across all digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces. This role is responsible for crafting user-centered designs, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to enhance customer interactions while meeting business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on improving customer experiences through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly platform managers, content specialists, marketing and external agencies.
In this position, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the creation and continuous improvement that align with business goals, brand vision, and user needs. You will be instrumental in delivering responsive, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces to drive user engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
**Here's where you;ll be focusing:**Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design & Strategy: Lead the design process, from concept to execution, for digital experiences (websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces), ensuring they align with business objectives while being intuitive and user-centric. Work closely with stakeholders and platform managers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas and user interactions effectively. Ensure all designs are user-friendly, responsive, and deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Partner with creative and content teams, product and platform managers, application development and agencies to develop design systems and translate creative concepts into functional, user-centered digital designs. Communicate design decisions clearly, while incorporating feedback from all relevant stakeholders.
- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the platform and content teams to improve and optimize site designs, landing pages, and product pages with a focus on driving conversion, increasing user engagement, and enhancing overall site performance. Stay informed about trends in e-commerce, user behavior, and emerging digital design practices.
- Design Systems & Consistency: Oversee the creation and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Foster a consistent brand identity while adhering to best practices in UI/UX design, user research, and responsive design.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and creative collaboration. Lead by example, setting high standards for design quality, user experience, and project execution.
- Analytics & User Research: Utilize data-driven insights, user feedback, and usability testing to inform design decisions and refine user interfaces. Work closely with analytics teams to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. Bring new ideas and innovative design approaches to the table, ensuring that user experiences evolve alongside technological advancements and business requirements
What you have to offer:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, including at least 3 years working with e-commerce or B2C-facing brands.
- Experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.) with a deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Strong experience in creating and implementing design systems for cohesive and consistent digital experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of service design practices, user-centered design, and usability testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Mural, etc.. Familiarity with design systems and collaboration tools is highly desirable.
- Expertise in user research methodologies and ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail in creating visually engaging user interfaces.
- The ability to balance form and function, ensuring designs are both beautiful and highly usable.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles (optional but a plus).
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, decisions, and rationale clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading design projects and driving the design vision within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Ability to lead and inspire a design team, providing feedback and mentorship to junior designers
- A strong curiosity about product strategy, business objectives, and technology, with a passion for delivering design solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen ability to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different digital channels and platforms, with a focus on user experience, user interface design, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

- Plus de 6 ans d’expérience en EU et IU ou en marketing
- • 2 à 4 ans d’expérience en gestion de produits (de préférence dans le développement d’applications mobiles)
- • Connaissances et/ou expérience dans le domaine des canaux numériques, y compris le secteur des applications de bureau et mobiles
- • Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente
