Account Manager – Customer Onboarding

We are looking for a customer-relationship enthusiast to support our new users as they take their first steps with Dreeven and guide them throughout their ongoing adoption over time.

Mission

The Account ManagerCustomer Onboarding plays a key role in welcoming and integrating clients, from the kickoff meeting to the full deployment of the platform.

They ensure fast and lasting adoption, deliver engaging training sessions, and create a positive customer experience that paves the way for a long-term trust-based relationship.

Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, software implementation, or project management (SaaS/construction experience is an asset).
  • Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose simple, effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of profiles: field teams, office staff, and management.
