Guest Host Supervisors at Nicklaus North engage Guests while enjoying the picturesque outside landscape. Work alongside our energetic Golf Operations Team, lead the Guest Host Team, prepare golf carts, and ensure exceptional service is provided to Guests**.** We have a professional and fun Team that loves meeting new people.
Open from May to October, enjoy unique flexibility that allows you to make the most of your summer.

what you’ll get to do
- Assist Guests with golf club drop-off.
- Prepare golf clubs and carts for regular play and tournaments.
- Liaise with Golf Shop Team Members and Player’s Assistants to create an unforgettable Guest experience.
- Greet and engage Guests when they first arrive to ensure a memorable experience.
- Lead and inspire a team of Guest Hosts.
- Lead the team through day to day operations and the maintenance/safe keeping of assets (carts, rental clubs, etc)
- Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional growth.
What you bring

1-year experience in a golf or hospitality role; favorable.

Desire to provide a fantastic Guest experience.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.

Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.
