Job Description

Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role based on the acedemic year. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers.

Qualifications

During your mandate, you will be asked to supervise the sales, operation and culinary operations. You will be responsible for supervising that an exceptional level of service is achieved for all customers by focusing on employee training, performance management and leadership. You will also assist with management of weekly work schedules ensuring they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators. You will be asked to guide staff in a productive and efficient manner by ensuring service delivery and event planning standards are met. Ensure that employees comply with all company and local government rules, policies and regulations regarding health safety, food safety and fire and hazard safety. You will also have to carefully prepare and review all equipment for daily activities, maintain proper inventory, assist with inventory management and any other related duties that may be requested. A high school diploma, table service training - food service or equivalent experience is required. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a food service supervisor. You must respect the highest standards of hygiene, work effectively under pressure and be able to anticipate and solve problems. What's Next?
