Full-time | $120,000 – $160,000+ total compensation

About the Role

We are hiring aDirector of Operationsto take ownership of how the firm runs and drive measurable improvements inprofitability, efficiency, and performance.

This is not an administrative role.

You will be responsible for optimizing systems, improving output across the team, and increasing overall firm performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve firm profitability and operational efficiency

• Increase revenue per lawyer and overall team output

• Optimize workflows across litigation files (intake → resolution)

• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in processes

• Improve billing, collections, and utilization

• Track and improve key KPIs:

• Profitability

• File Intake Volume

• Revenue per lawyer

• File cycle time

• Billing realization
