About the role
We are seeking highly skilled Paint Specialists to repair and refinish painted metal and composite panels for high-end luxury vehicles. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and experience in high-end automotive painting environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, refinish, and restore painted metal and composite panels to premium quality standards
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and repainting
- Match colors and finishes to manufacturer and luxury-grade specifications
- Ensure repaired panels meet high-end cosmetic and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint repair work area
- Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in high-end automotive or aerospace painting
- Strong skills in repairing painted metal and composite panels
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently in a quality-driven environment
- Polishing and detailing skills are a strong asset
