Full-time position, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, on-site
Annual salary between**$52,000 and $55,000**
###YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT…
- Supervise harvest activities (transport, hanging, drying, bucking, etc.).
- Ensure safe and compliant handling practices.
- Perform daily checks of rooms and ensure timelines are respected.
- Coordinate team workflows and maintain thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure SOP compliance.
- Apply and update regulatory procedures related to production.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization of tools and equipment.
- Ensure equipment and workspaces are clean and compliant.
- Participate in inventory management of harvest tools and equipment.
- Train and support new employees.
- Plan schedules and provide day-to-day team support.
- Foster a healthy, safe, and collaborative work environment.
- Evaluate team performance and maintain clear communication with management.
- Participate in management meetings and projects.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in production, sanitation, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations and internal policies.

###THE BOSS OF “CUT DAY”…
Reporting to the Harvest & Post-Harvest Manager, the Harvest Supervisor is at the heart of field operations. This role oversees the cannabis plant harvest process from debranching to execution, while ensuring all equipment, tools, and rooms are prepared according to established standards. A motivating leader, the Harvest Supervisor ensures effective coordination, coaching, and performance of the harvest team to deliver efficient, safe, and well-structured operations.

Rooted in an ancestral agricultural process, Origine Nature is fully dedicated to the production of cannabis plants grown, produced, and distributed in Québec. The company champions a traditional cultivation culture, supported by state-of-the-art facilities to ensure superior yield and quality. Founded in May 2017, the production facility is located in the Laurentians, in the city of Sainte‑Agathe‑des‑Monts, and employs over 100 people.
