Maintenance Manager duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Be involved with planning and implementing major rebuilds
- Manage on-site contractors
- Ensure that all health, safety and environmental policies are followed
- Drives operational performance through initiative, coaching, training, delegation and accountability in addressing opportunities and problems.
- Develop the annual maintenance budget and forecasts and assist with Capital Expenditure Budgeting proposals.
