Position Overview:
Compugen is looking for a Deskside Support Analyst for an initiel 3 month contract starting in January.
This role is onsite.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose issues related to authorized operating systems and application software.

Resolve software-related problems or conflicts.
-
Verify software functionality through testing.
-
Install, configure, tune, and manage desktops, laptops, notebooks, and peripherals.

Maintain a high level of customer service
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Experience with common desktop, laptop, and tablet models.
-
Proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
-
Familiarity with remote access software (client-side).
-
Support for widely used mobile devices in North America.
-
Post-Secondary degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science
-
1 to 3 years’ experience in providing onsite technical support
-
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Deskside & Office hardware and software
-
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency of service
-
Good administration skills and attention to details
-
Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
-
High performing deskside engineer
-
Experience with motivating others
