About the role

Job Description

  • Greeting visitors, determine purpose of visit, and direct visitors to appropriate person or service
  • In collaboration with Operation Manager plans, organizes, supports, and supervises the activities of the business office.
  • In the absence of the Operation Manager, monitors workflow for the quality of service.
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts receivables processing and collection
  • Assists Scheduling and Attendance Coordinator with maintaining work schedules, tracking time and attendance for scheduled employees.
  • Remains compliant to any exceptions like awarding of shifts for overtime, and securing any approval from manager or Administrator.
  • Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, fire, occupational health and safety, environment, and infection control.
  • Maintains internal records and prepares internal reports for the Operation Manager as required; maintains confidentiality of all financial, personnel and resident data; maintains accounting records.
  • Handles payments from families and all queries concerning billings from residents and /or families; prepares bank deposits
  • All other duties as assigned
