QUE ALLEZ-VOUS FAIRE?

• Établir une relation constructive avec le client,
• Faire le suivi des commandes avec les divers fournisseurs et relayer l'information au client,
• Vérifier la documentation et s'assurer qu'elle est conforme aux exigences,
• Émettre la documentation nécessaire tout en respectant les instructions & les règlementations,
• Tenir à jour certains rapports (internes ou externes),
• Faire le suivi des envois jusqu'à destination et informer le client des développements,
• Facturation selon les taux donnés au client,
• Autres tâches définies par le superviseur immédiat.
• Responsabilités nommées au niveau précédent,
• Répondre à des demandes de cotations diverses (clients et / ou collaborateurs outre-mer).
• Responsabilités nommées aux niveaux précédents,
• Apporter des solutions innovatrices au(x) client(s),
• Répondre à des RFQ & demandes de cotations diverses,

Que recherchons-nous ?

Un DEC ou équivalent en scolarité et 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans le domaine.

Bonnes connaissances des techniques du métier. Très bonne maîtrise de l’environnement MS Office. Bilinguisme essentiel (Français – Anglais) tant à l’oral qu’a l’écrit. Leadership, intégrité, bon jugement, capacité de négociation, esprit d’équipe, créativité, consciencieux, organisé, autonomie, bonne communication sont les principales compétences recherchées.

YOUR ROLE

Offer a complete transport solution service to Ceva Canada clients in the projects department by handling air, ocean, road operations as well as procurement and quotation with the ability to handle over dimensional and overweight cargo.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Established a constructive relationship with the client
• Follow up on orders with various suppliers and relay information to the client
• Verify documentation and ensure it complies with requirements
• Issue necessary documentation while adhering to the instructions & regulations
• Maintain certain reports (internal or external)
• Track shipments to their destination and inform the client of developments
• Invoice according to the rates provided to the client
• Other tasks defined by the immediate supervisor
• Respond to various quotation requests (clients and/or overseas collaborators)
• Provide innovative solutions to the client(s)
• Respond to RFQs & various quotation requests
• Work in a team and support other team members during vacations and absence

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education and Experience: DEC (Québec province) or similar education level
• Credentials: 3-5 years in the transport industry including a minimum of one year of freight forwarding experience
• Skills: Comfortable coordinating FCL, LCL, Breakbulk, RORO, airfreight and overland transport including oversized, hazardous and heavy-lift cargo. Attention to Detail. Ability to think outside the box. Proactive Thinking & Risk Mitigation. Very strong customer service skills. Ability to read, write and speak in English and French.
• Characteristics: Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs; Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents. Integrity, good judgment, negotiation skills, team spirit, creativity, conscientiousness, organization, autonomy, and strong communication are the key competencies sought.

Additional Skills

• Experience with OOG operations
• Experience with charter/part-charter operations
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms,
• Network of contacts in the industry
