Qualifications:
- PTA/OTA diploma or kinesiology education is preferred.
- Previous experience working within a clinic setting as an OTA/PTA supervising and teaching exercises is an asset.
- Professional, flexible, reliable, and able to take direction and work as a team.
- Preferably, with 1-3+ years of experience in a private rehabilitation clinic setting, delivering modalities is a plus.
- New Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent, friendly communication skills and willingness to cover admin front desk tasks.
Key functions and responsibilities:
- Assisting physiotherapists with client care, including using ultrasound equipment, exercise programs etc.
- Administrative duties to cover the front desk tasks as required
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Collecting outcome measure data
- Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
- Inventory of clinical supplies
