The Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a performance-focused, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist and growth team to turn ideas into high-quality, conversion-focused assets that fuel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube , and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver eye-catching, high-performing creatives across multiple platforms (static ads, motion, YouTube ads, UGC, branded content).
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to bring creative concepts to life, turning ideas into polished assets that drive measurable growth.
  • Adapt and optimize creatives into iterative variations for testing and scaling.
  • Balance brand consistency with performance-driven design.
  • Leverage existing marketing content and guidance from the CS to develop and test creative concepts
  • Work with marketing and growth teams to deliver assets quickly for fast-paced campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on graphic design experience (DTC or performance marketing preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Expert in leveraging emerging AI-based creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to increase efficiency and output.
  • Proven experience delivering growth in KPIs across direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce paid media mix through quality creative output.
  • Strong grasp of design principles for performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, video editing, or short-form content (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Familiarity with how creative assets are used across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google/YouTube Ads.
  • Awareness of conversion design principles (visual hierarchy, CTAs, landing page elements).
  • Ability to design not just “beautiful” creatives but ones that drive clicks, engagement, and purchases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Kindly include samples of prior work or a portfolio for review.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and pet-friendly 🐶.
