Role Description The Sales & Merchandising Account Manager (Ecommerce) is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position is responsible for managing key ecommerce retail accounts, overseeing product listings, pricing, and online merchandising to maximize sales and visibility. Daily activities include analyzing sales performance and inventory, preparing business plans and forecasts, and coordinating with internal teams on product launches, promotions, and assortment updates. The role also involves handling customer inquiries from retail partners, ensuring accurate product information, and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up. The Account Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to drive growth and improve the online shopping experience for end customers.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and optimize performance across ecommerce accounts. Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to build relationships with retail partners, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing support. Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to develop forecasts, analyze data, and support strategic decisions for online channels. Relevant experience in ecommerce, online merchandising, or retail operations, ideally within jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in spreadsheets, sales reporting tools, and ecommerce platform dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are an asset in Montreal. Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
