About the role
Join Our Team – New Branch Opening 2026! Bartle & Gibson is preparing to open a new branch and is now hiring. Training will take place in May ahead of the grand opening. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected plumbing, heating, and electrical company and be part of a new team from day one.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately receive material and/or pick and ship orders
- Ensure all paperwork completed properly and documents maintained for shipping purposes
- Organize product efficiently and maintain inventories
- Pull products from yard and warehouse as required
- General warehouse duties and maintenance as needed
- Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
- Operate, navigate and drive all company fleet vehicles in safe, efficient manner following the rules of the road set by government legislation
- Plan routes in a manner to meet and/or exceed delivery deadlines
- Other duties as required
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Organized team player with a strong aptitude to performing tasks accurately
- Punctual, efficient and professional
- Proven ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Team player, adaptable, energetic with a positive attitude
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalentrequired
- Previous warehouse experiencedesirable
- Current Forklift Certificationdesirable
- Experience using computer systems
- Valid Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract
Minimum AGE of 25 AS PER OUR INSURANCE COVERAGE

$21 - $25 hourly
