About the role

Your Opportunity:

The Administrative Assistant V position is crucial to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly in the Pediatrics division. The division is comprised of approximately 40 health services and has oversight of approximately 350 staff. This role manages scheduling, correspondence, and sensitive records, supports site wide committees and projects. The role provides organization support for the Director and associated teams promoting efficient operations.

Description:

As an Administrative Support V, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in timekeeping systems, including ESP and e-People. Experience and working knowledge of RMS. Experience in finance systems, including eManager, Markview, and iExpense. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel (advanced working knowledge). PowerPoint (experience and working knowledge).

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant health care setting.
