About the role
Join a creative project focused on developing engaging storyboards for a new YouTube channel. As a storyboard illustrator, you will collaborate with writers, directors, and animators to transform scripts and concepts into compelling visual narratives. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of each video, ensuring that story flow, character actions, and camera movements are clearly communicated to the production team.
Deliverables
- Create detailed storyboards that accurately reflect scripts and creative direction
- Illustrate scene composition, character poses, and key actions
- Visualize camera angles and movement to guide animators
- Revise and refine storyboards based on feedback from the creative team
- Deliver final storyboard files in the required format and resolution
Requirements
- Strong illustration and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with digital drawing tools such as Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or similar
- Ability to interpret scripts and translate ideas into clear, expressive visuals
- Understanding of animation production pipelines and terminology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and respond to feedback promptly
- Portfolio showcasing relevant storyboard or illustration work
- Availability for a single project with potential for future assignments
