How you create impact
As National Air Logistics Manager your key responsibilities are customer development, commercial ownership of the P&L and people development of the team across Canada. You will support the implementation of corporate strategy for business success and operations in line with the overall company strategy in the Airfreight business field.
- Actively identify and own growth opportunities, partnering with country and corporate stakeholders.
- Lead pricing, RFQs, and risk exposure decisions to win and retain strategic business.
- Acquire new business, strengthen customer relations, and expand the existing client base.
- Track trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, or acquisitions.
- Adapt global Airfreight products to meet local market expectations and requirements.
- Cooperate on global business strategy execution and maintain extensive exchange with peers and KN Group companies.
- Own P&L responsibility, link financial performance to commercial actions, and manage budgets with corrective measures.
- Ensure daily execution of customer delivery, support procurement/carrier strategies, and foster continuous improvement.
- Lead national Air Logistics teams, embody KN culture, and steer the organization in line with the KN Roadmap.
- Build succession plans, grow internal talent pipelines, and promote international exchange for people development.

What we would like you to bring
- Extensive expertise in Air Logistics transportation with 5+ years of BU/FU Air Logistics experience
- Strong business development and commercial acumen, with proven ability to win and retain clients.
- Direct customer engagement experience, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
- Advanced interpersonal and intercultural skills to manage diverse stakeholders across countries.
- Influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills at both internal and external board levels.
- Leadership experience (10+ years) in direct and virtual team management, with energetic and proactive leadership style.
- Project management and coordination experience (5+ years), with a goal-oriented, fast-acting mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills, combined with strong networking capabilities.
- Analytical and technical proficiency, including advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility and openness to learning, with willingness to travel 40–50% of the time
