The Work:- Coordinate between Accenture and clients to create and implement business applications in the power generation industry.

Translate process applications or integration shortfalls into effective transformation programs and projects.

Supervise application, process, and functional design activities.

Create functional requirements to be used in application design.

Develop and test functional designs for business solution prototypes and components.

Supervise the building and deployment of applications, data conversion, and test planning and execution.

Support the development of new business, along with marketing and proposal efforts.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, align on functional outcomes, and ensure integration across business and technology teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital and operational solutions aligned with utilities transformation objectives.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering excellence in business process design and stakeholder management.

Support the continued growth of Accenture’s Power Generation Practice, contributing thought leadership in areas such as nuclear new build and refurbishment programs, digital strategy, and operational excellence. Here's what you’ll need:- 5+ years of Power Generation experience, preferably in nuclear

5+ years of experience working directly with clients, building effective strategies.

A University Degree is required for this position

You have knowledge of nuclear management system processes including information management and engineering change control.

You have experience with nuclear asset management, equipment reliability, and configuration management.

Proven ability to manage consulting engagements, lead client relationships, and advise on complex transformation programs.

Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

You have the ability to travel up to 50% Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
