The Talent Acquisition Team at Leggett & Platt is searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner within our HR team to support our Automotive group. Did you know we are the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of seating support and comfort systems for transportation manufacturers, as well as tier one and two suppliers within the automotive industry? That’s right! Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors, Actuators and Massage Systems. If you join our team, your work will ensure people across the world have a little more comfort in their lives.

As a Talent Acqiisition Partner you will support the business with hiring top talent across our facilities, working closely with all levels of the business to find, attract and retain new employees. You will have the responsibility to run the complete recruitment lifecycle, from creation of job ads to presenting verbal offers.

This is a CONTRACT Role (6 months) working REMOTELY from US or Canada.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting strategies that attract, engage and hire exceptional talent. You'll help shape the future workforce by aligning recruitment initiatives with priorities and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and role requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to Verbal Offer.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition decisions and improve processes.
  • Foster a fantastic candidate experience through communications and personalized engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners.
  • Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system to support metrics and compliance and ensure process alignment with all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition in a Manufacturing Environment (Global Preferred)
  • Experience building relationships and influencing business leaders as a consultative partner.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines. (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles, with a focus on technical and professional positions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (Success Factors preferred)

Compensation:

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
