Job Description Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (5 days in the office)
Pay: $75,000 -$90,000 depending on experience

As an Analyst, you’ll work with Canadian subsidiaries of Japanese and Asian corporations, developing skills in relationship management, market analysis, and financial solutions. What You’ll Do
- Support business development activities across Canada, including loans, deposits, settlements, foreign exchange, and derivatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese and Asian corporate clients
- Collaborate with global offices to deliver tailored financial solutions
- Prepare pitch, presentations, and internal reports
- Conduct industry and market research to identify risks and opportunities
- Work with deal teams to support transactions and client needs
- Participate in training, mentorship programs, and community initiatives
- Take on additional projects as assigned by the Department Head
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics is an asset (not required)
- 1–2 years of corporate finance experience at a bank is an asset
- Valid driver's license in Canada
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
- Japanese language skills (oral and written) are a plus
