Description
- Oversee all operational aspects of the production facility, including precast concrete processes, design, fabrication, maintenance and logistics / transportation.
- Implement and manage lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational performance and growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators across the organization.
- Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain management and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the precast fabrication industry.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Profile
A successful Chief Operating Officer should have:
- Proven expertise in operations management, logistics, and precast concrete processes.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with continuing education in production operations / manufacturing
- PMP designation is an asset
- Strong understanding of lean practices and their implementation.
- Experience in leadership roles within the precast manufacturing and logistics industries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives effectively.
