UI/UX Designer Intern
📍 Office/Remote💼 Design⏰ Internship
As a UI/UX Designer Intern at Openverse, you'll help craft intuitive user experiences and clean interfaces for Web3 products. You'll work with marketing and engineering to deliver design assets, wireframes, and UI components for real use cases.
Requirements
✓Portfolio or samples demonstrating layout, typography, and visual consistency ✓Familiar with Figma; Adobe or Canva is a plus ✓Understanding of responsive and component-based design basics ✓Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
Design social graphics, event banners, and partner spotlights
Create simple UI states/components under guidance (Figma) Produce basic wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes Collect and incorporate feedback to improve usability and consistency Maintain asset libraries and ensure visual consistency Support case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers Export assets correctly for web and social use

KPIs
Month 1–2
Ship 8–12 social/UX-supporting assets
Produce 2 micro UI contributions (component/empty state) Maintain organized Figma files and exports
Month 3–4
Co-own a small visual refresh or asset series
Deliver 1 design mini case study Reduce design review iterations by 20–30% via quality control
