The Director of Technology Implementation is accountable for the leading the AMSOne implementation team, driving successful client-facing technology implementations. This role defines and drives the standards and performance of AMSOne implementations - heading up planning, execution, and continuous improvement of implementation processes, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project delivery excellence. The position leads a team of senior managers and oversees large-scale concurrent implementation projects, ensuring both operational discipline and innovation in approach. This role partners closely with implementation teams and plays a key role in shaping the future of service delivery.

###Key Accountabilities

You’ll support our success by:

#Leadership

• Coaching, managing and developing direct reports
• You'll act as a strategic advisor for AMSOne implementations

#Client Relationships

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across all segments
• Build trust and be curious to client challenges leading to enabling client success
• Address client-side challenges (e.g. infosec approval and systems integrations)

#Operations

• Oversee all concurrent AMSOne implementation projects
• Lead and contribute to implementation retrospectives and build feedback loops to build a strong learning organisation
• Identify and sponsor the deployment of tools, frameworks, and knowledge assets to enhance delivery quality and effectiveness

#Continuous Improvement

• Develop new implementation strategies (30%) and execute existing ones (70%)
• Drive process optimization, technology adoption, and feedback loops
• Lead formal continuous improvement initiatives for AMSOne; advise on broader implementation and feature development

###Skills & Requirements

What you need to have to be successful:

In this role you will be accountable for the successful implementation of AMSOne within time, scope, and budget parameters. Moreover, you will have the responsibility to understand challenges and drivers, then launch and delivery change initiatives that influence the following performance outcomes:

• You'll deliver projects on time and on scope
• Post-implementation client satisfaction (PI-CSAT)
• You'll lead in reducing the implementation lead time (LT)
• You'll drive the reduction in implementation time to first value (TtFV)
