Key Responsibilities 📌 As a B2B Market Development Manager , you will report to the General Manager, Corporate Sales. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Actively prospecting new businesses and markets.
- Identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions from the Cellcom and Bell product portfolio.
- Detecting cross-selling opportunities and optimizing the existing client base.
- Managing daily client accounts.
- Collaborating with partners, suppliers, and technology specialists to support clients in their strategic decisions.
- Following up after sales to foster client loyalty and long-term relationships.
Profile / Requirements ✅
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving results and consistently exceeding targets.
- Hunter mentality: enjoys creating opportunities and developing new markets.
- Creative problem-solving: determined to find innovative solutions that meet client needs while driving business growth.
- Strategic thinking: balanced understanding of short- and long-term challenges to create sustainable value.
- Client collaboration: demonstrated ability to work with decision-makers (C-suite), actively listen, build joint strategies, and excel in presentations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a winning attitude.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and celebrating successes.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage priorities and organize time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- 📡 Telecom or IoT experience: an asset.
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field: an asset.

- Start date: as soon as possible
- Compensation: competitive base salary + commission, averaging $128,000/year. Top performers exceed $200,000/year.

Founded in 1985, Cellcom Communications has carved out an important place for itself and significantly increased Bell's customer base. Since its inception, Cellcom Communications has experienced uninterrupted growth, among other things, through the opening of new stores/kiosks. We currently have 46 stores/kiosks spread across Quebec and Ontario. We also serve a corporate clientele from Montreal and Ontario, we have two corporate poles. In fact, we are proud to serve more than 600 companies and 300,000 individuals.
