The People and Organization Development division of People Strategies is responsible for the development of long-term strategy such as the People Plan, a holistic long-term plan that engages and supports employees to transform the SFU experience. This Office encompasses Learning and Development, Organizational Health and Well-Being, HR operations and administrative services and overall HR Business Partner Client Services.
The Human Resources Administrative Services Team, which is part of the HR Client Service Centre, also supports employees throughout their entire life cycle at Simon Fraser University. The team is responsible for posting jobs, onboarding, personnel changes, benefits, offboarding, and advising employees on the many facets of employment with the university. This team provides professional, approachable, and accurate support to staff members across multiple employee groups by keeping the people experience at the forefront of all that we do.

About the Role
The Director, HR Operations and Client Service Centre, will work closely with the Human Resources and Labour Relations Office which creates and maintains the framework and processes that allow our people to thrive. This Office holds strong relationships with our employee groups, and oversees our HR data systems, collective agreements, compensation and immigration services.
