Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to support service excellence.
- Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and revenue.
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance across all roles.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that encourages growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
Customer Experience
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee appointment scheduling to enhance service flow and reduce wait times.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and local competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the branch through local marketing initiatives and community involvement.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
