We are seeking a Spring Intern to join our school at either our Wentworth or Morven Campus. The successful candidate is a current university student who is looking to become part of a vibrant teaching and learning community. This position is a Temporary Contract and the candidate will be involved in supporting students and the school during May and June 2026 for approximately 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support academic classes to enhance student learning
- Participate in coaching and/or co-curricular support
- Supervise students at lunch and outdoor recess times
- Support teachers on off-site field trips or other school activities
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Establish a respectful and safe learning environment
- Maintain confidentiality of all information related to Collingwood School, the students, their families, and staff
- Additional duties as required
Required qualifications
- Graduate of Collingwood School
- Currently enrolled in a continuing education program
- Enthusiastic, energetic and welcoming personality
- Excellent management, organizational, interpersonal and relationship skills
- Canadian residency and legally entitled to work in Canada
