For our dynamic and international team into the IT Canadian division, we are looking for a motivated:

SAP CS Business Analyst

Job description

You will join a large and dynamic SAP Competence Center and and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions supporting Customer Service and related logistics processes across global operations.

Working closely with internal SAP teams, IT departments, business stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to major transformation initiatives and ensure the continuous improvement of SAP processes.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with global processes.

  • Propose robust SAP CS solutions, configure the system, and support implementation activities.

  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with SAP developers and integration teams.

  • Train key users, provide knowledge transfer, and support change management activities.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to Non‑Regression Testing (NRT).

  • Actively support S/4HANA migration projects, especially for the Americas region.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation on processes, configurations, and system design.

  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents, ensuring high‑quality operational support.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and manage enhancements within the SAP CS domain.

Profile

The ideal candidate brings:

  • A solid background as an SAP CS Business Analyst, ideally in multinational environments.

  • Strong understanding of Customer Service and logistics processes, including configuration, support, and training.

  • The ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions and document AS‑IS/TO‑BE processes.

  • Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments and participating in migration or implementation projects.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business teams, IT, developers, and integration specialists.

  • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with autonomy in handling complex issues.

  • A proactive, customer‑focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.

  • SAP S/4HANA certifications or training are a strong plus.

Professional requirements

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP CS and/or SD/MM.

  • At least 3 years of experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementations or international projects.

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory).

  • Good understanding of logistic and CS processes, including design, configuration, support, and training.

  • Ability to analyze AS‑IS processes, define TO‑BE processes, and manage change requests.

  • Strong understanding of ABAP concepts and debugging capabilities.

  • Experience preparing functional specifications and test cases for development teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
