OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a dynamic Supported Living Program Supervisor to join our team. This individual will oversee the operations of a unionized supported living environment, coach and mentor employees, and maintain high-quality service for our members.

THE ROLE

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Supported Living Program Supervisor and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional services! In this pivotal role, you'll not only ensure top-notch service delivery but also spearhead timely reporting on all policy and legislative requirements. You'll be the driving force behind performance management, budget oversight, compliance, and stakeholder relationship management. Elevate VITA’s service to new heights with your expertise and passion!

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in developmental sector study, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle required.
  • Must maintain current, valid, and ongoing certifications in mandatory courses offered by VITA.

Hours of Work

80 hours bi-weekly, including flexible hours, evenings, and weekends based on program and member needs.

Locations: Toronto & York (Regions).
