Admin Coordinator
The Company
Olympic Homes is a leading Manitoba home builder specializing in Ready-to-Move
(RTM) and on-site homes. We have been helping families build quality homes with exceptional craftsmanship, innovative designs, and a customer-first approach.
Overview
As the Admin Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our
customers, helping create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they connect with Olympic Homes. This fast-paced, dynamic role supports customer service, sales, logistics, and daily office operations.
The Role
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage and qualify sales leads and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM system.
- Ensure price lists are up to date and accurate.
- Update and manage various Excel applications.
- Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and reporting
- Maintain an organized and professional Sales & Design Centre.
- Coordinate material shipments with Olympic Homes teams and external couriers.
- Process month-end billing and perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of office experience is required
- Advanced Computer skills including Microsoft 365 with high proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional and effective manner.
- Detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated,
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Effective time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- Previous residential construction experience/ability to read blue prints an asset.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- High School Diploma or post-secondary training an asset.
- Previous exposure to BisTrack an asset.
